Flutter Mobile Developer

InnovationTeam is a forward-thinking technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses. We are currently seeking a talented Flutter Mobile Developer to join our team on remote basis.

As a Flutter Mobile Developer at InnovationTeam, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter. You will work on new features, improve existing functionality, and help ensure the stability and performance of our apps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design user interfaces, and implement app features. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers, Back-end developer, QA engineers and UX designers to deliver high-quality, reliable, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

This position requires a strong understanding of mobile development technologies and frameworks, as well as excellent problem-solving, debugging skills, and the ability to collaborate and support team members. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

All levels of experience (Junior/Intermediate/Senior) are welcome to apply, but this is not a training or internship program; therefore, base understanding of the technology and a minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience is required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Design clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
• Review code and help maintain high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve app performance
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Support app releases and deployments to the app stores.

What you should have

• Strong experience developing mobile apps using Flutter.
• Good understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend services.
• Familiar with Git and modern development workflows.
• Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with native Android or iOS development.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated builds.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
