Flutter Frontend Engineer Sr

Role Summary   We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who will take a key role in driving the architecture and evolution of our Flutter mobile applications. You will design scalable UI systems, mentor other engineers, ensure performance and accessibility standards, and influence technical strategy across the product. A Senior Engineer is expected to own complex initiatives, solve high-impact problems, and shape how we build frontend applications using Flutter SDK. Key Responsibilities

Drive architectural discussions and make decisions affecting multiple teams or domains.

Design core libraries and internal packages; define standards for code quality, security (data at rest/transit), and documentation.

Partner with UX, backend, and product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.

Lead efforts to improve rendering, reactivity, and observability (metrics, monitoring, error tracking) at scale.

Grow the technical capability of Junior and SSr engineers through constructive feedback and code reviews.

Drive adoption of AI-powered tools (Cursor/Copilot) to enhance developer experience and reduce technical debt.

High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications

Deep understanding of the SDK, rendering pipeline, and responsive design.

Proven experience with Clean Architecture, Layered Architecture, and advanced State Management (BLoC, Riverpod, etc.).

Expertise in secure architectures including MFA, Biometrics, SSO, and sensitive data handling.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

Solid experience with REST APIs, MethodChannels (native bridge), and complex third-party integrations.

Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies and managing CI/CD pipelines (pipelines, automation, deployments).

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence engineering standards and mentor others.

Proficiency with Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, and performance profiling tools.

Bonus points for

Experience creating custom Fastlane scripts or automating complex App Store/Play Store release cycles (staged rollouts, automated screenshot generation).

Experience with Product Analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase Analytics) and an interest in user behavior data.

Familiarity with Docker or containerized development environments.
