  • Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour plus up to $100 per lease commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist prospective residents through the full leasing process
  • Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain resident files in YARDI (digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming phone and email inquiries professionally
  • Support the Assistant Property Manager with resident relations and community needs
  • Provide leasing coverage across assigned communities as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
