Flight Data Administrator

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: Sep, 2027
Work Setup: Fully Onsite – RAF Brize Norton (no remote work permitted)
Clearance Required: Must be Security Check (SC) clearance eligible. Additional vetting is required.

Our client in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is looking for a Flight Data Administrator to support A400M maintenance operations by managing and transferring critical aircraft data into the Maintenance Data System (MDS). This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring all maintenance activities meet airworthiness standards.

• Enter and manage retrospective data on the Maintenance Data System (MDS), including closing work orders, logging SRPs, and recording servicing reports.
• Create, update, and close logbook entries, ADFs, and OOPs as required.
• Input flight and ground test data accurately.
• Conduct equipment transactions and defer logbook entry work orders as necessary.
• Produce and submit weekly maintenance reports to Part 145 in line with airworthiness standards.
• Escalate any system issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Support live flight maintenance activities and participate in on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, within a 24/7 rolling rota.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to maintenance data management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Quick learner with a technical or administrative background.
• Must hold a valid driving license.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of RAF Brize Norton.
• Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Strong written reporting skills.
• Experience with Maintenance Data Systems (MDS).
• Aircraft maintenance experience, including Part 145 and Part M, is advantageous.
• Experience with information or data management software tools.
