  • Organize and manage digital files and health records databases
  • Cross-check source documents to ensure data integrity
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve any data discrepancies
  • Meet assigned data entry targets within flexible deadlines
  • Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
