Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunication products and services, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the telecommunications industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
