Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively address customer inquiries, complaints, and product information to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals and enhance customer experiences.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to handle challenges effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
