Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately for the purpose of service improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training sessions to remain knowledgeable about products and service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach and ability to handle challenges gracefully.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
