We are looking for dedicated individuals who can provide excellent support to our Flemish-speaking customers as they navigate our digital offerings.

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at every interaction. Your fluency in Flemish will be key in creating positive experiences and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is essential. Please highlight your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in digital environments, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
• A passion for technology and digital services.
