Flemish Customer Experience Representative - Athens

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flemish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their needs and providing solutions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, or phone, depending on the project.
  • Assist users with account inquiries, technical issues, product-related questions, or transaction support.
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer effective solutions, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and accurate communication.
  • Follow established workflows, guidelines, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Flemish (Dutch) and confident in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
  • Prior experience in customer support.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid-working model.
