THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
Depending on your profile and strengths, your responsibilities may include:

  • Prepare and restore surfaces of e-scooters and e-bikes (sanding, cleaning, masking)
  • Apply paint and varnish precisely using spray guns or industrial cans to match Dott’s quality standards
  • Repair cosmetic damages such as scratches and graffiti to keep the fleet looking brand new
  • Maintain order and structure in the painting area and ensure proper ventilation
  • Take part in warehouse operations, supporting mechanics with fleet refurbishment where needed

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are hands-on, proactive, and work well both in a team and independently
  • Experience as a painter (automotive, industrial, or bike) is a plus, or you have strong manual skills in refurbishment
  • You have a good eye for detail and take pride in a smooth finish
  • You are reliable, safety-focused, and careful with chemicals/paints
  • You’re eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and tools
  • Ability to communicate in German at a conversational level, basic English is a big plus
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You hold a valid work permit
