A satisfying role

Leading a small team of direct reports, you’ll drive performance and ensure fleet compliance across the site, making sure we’re fully equipped to deliver our products to our customers. You’ll take accountability for budgets, resource allocation, retention, health & safety, customer service and VOR rates.

What you bring to the mix

With your experience leading and motivating a team, you’ve got what it takes to excel in this role:

  • an analytical mind, with the ability to identify trends from large data sets
  • excellent commercial awareness
  • a strong understanding of fleet compliance regulations
  • CPC (or the willingness to acquire it).
