Wachter is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant focusing on fleet and tool management in our Lenexa, KS office. Ideal candidates should be willing to learn new skills or possess experience in administrative tasks related to fleet care and monitoring. This position is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with fleet software (Fleetio, Verizon, etc.) and fleet support is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, registrations, and auto insurance.
Manage and reconcile fuel, toll, maintenance and telematics accounts.
Support drivers with questions or issues related to fleet.
Monitor fleet software systems to ensure up-to-date data and reporting accuracy.
Assist with insurance claims and incident reports.
Provide general administrative support to the Fleet Team, including filing, reporting, and data management.
