Fixture Development Engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for docking with process engineers, designing and selecting new tooling and fixtures for production line

  • Responsible for technical proposal and technical review of fixture with suppliers

  • Responsible for the optimization and improvement of tooling and fixtures of the test line

  • Purchase management of equipment fixture

  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in mechatronics, automation, mechanical design is preferred

  • Familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology

  • More than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software

  • Understand the basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc
