
JOB PURPOSE:
To review and monitor the asset count and tagging process and ensure necessary steps to align physical count with ERP system and all review and monitor the integrity of the Fixed Assets register (FAR) for South Africa and the Affiliates to ensure that it is IAS16 (Property Plant and Equipment Accounting standard) compliant, is valid, accurate and complete because of all asset additions, disposals, write-offs & transfers; thereby ensuring data integrity and an accurate fixed asset register

Asset accounting: Month End and Year End Activities
Monitoring Assets Counts
Asset accounting: completeness and accuracy of motor vehicles accounting
Management of Tracker (motor vehicles) charges
Query Logging and Resolution
Compliance
Companywide fixed assets related projects
