About the Job: Lead and control daily pickup operations to ensure all orders are collected from merchants on time and transferred to hubs according to SLA and route plans. .Job Code: 2024OPER-261 Job Responisbilities :

- Manage and assign daily pickup schedules for field teams.

- Monitor real-time pickup performance via dashboard or system.

- Track SLA, pickup success rate, and order accuracy.

- Handle escalations from merchants and ensure issue resolution.

- Supervise field coordinators and ensure performance alignment.

- Conduct morning briefings and end-of-day summaries.

- Validate data accuracy in pickup reports and system updates.

- Coordinate with Reverse and Linehaul teams for smooth transitions.

Job Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- 2–4 years of logistics or delivery operations experience.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of pickup processes, routing, and KPIs.

- Proficient in Excel and operational tracking tools.
