Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.   About the Job: Lead and control daily pickup operations to ensure all orders are collected from merchants on time and transferred to hubs according to SLA and route plans.   .Job Code: 2024OPER-386 Job Responisbilities :
  • - Manage and assign daily pickup schedules for field teams.
  • - Monitor real-time pickup performance via dashboard or system.
  • - Track SLA, pickup success rate, and order accuracy.
  • - Handle escalations from merchants and ensure issue resolution.
  • - Supervise field coordinators and ensure performance alignment.
  • - Conduct morning briefings and end-of-day summaries.
  • - Validate data accuracy in pickup reports and system updates.
  • - Coordinate with Reverse and Linehaul teams for smooth transitions.
    • Job Qualifications :
  • - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • - 2–4 years of logistics or delivery operations experience.
  • - Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • - Knowledge of pickup processes, routing, and KPIs.
  • - Proficient in Excel and operational tracking tools.
