Your Mission

Working independently and as part of a supportive team, you will:

  • Carry out planned service and maintenance on fire alarms, emergency lighting, nurse call & related life-safety systems
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and non-routine service visits
  • Identify faults and deliver smart, safe and compliant solutions
  • Maintain clear communication with our Service Delivery Team and customers
  • Ensure all paperwork, reporting and certification is completed accurately and on time
  • Manage your own equipment, stock levels and vehicle
  • Support colleagues and offer technical guidance when needed
  • Participate in the on-call rota to keep customers protected 24/7
  • Work to BS5839:1 and other relevant British Standards
  • No two sites or days are the same — meaning there’s always something new to learn and achieve.

Requirements
