Fintech Solutions Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company based in Vilnius, providing modern payment solutions to global clients. They help shape how money moves in the digital world. They are currently looking for a Fintech Solutions Engineer to join the Fintech solution delivery team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with systems, clients, and cross-functional teams to implement and support our fintech solutions. You’ll play a key part in delivering payment technologies that are compliant, efficient, and ready to scale.

What you will do:

• Help improve internal tools, deployment processes, and monitoring capabilities
• Configure and support fintech solutions tailored to client and partner needs
• Gather and refine business and technical requirements for new features
• Test, validate, and release solution updates and integrations
• Support compliance with regulatory and payment scheme standards

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• 2–4 years of experience in solution delivery, technical support, or fintech development
• Hands-on experience in system configuration and integration projects
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills in English and Russian (to work with Ukrainian partners)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT and card scheme products and integrations
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for automation or debugging
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines
