We look for Product Leader that get excited taking products to market. PayUp enables fast, hassle-free payments for service providers. We are enabling the large group of small to mid-sized business get paid faster reducing capital borrowing costs for them. Rather than chasing accounts receivables past net terms, PayUp provides businesses the opportunity to focus on growing their businesses.

What you'll do:

• Leading driver of cross-functional teams with the ability to translate long-term plans into actionable items
• Communicate with team members with an extreme bias to personal ownership and action
• Drive all aspects of the business from legal to design; build a product with excellence
• Execute in a timely manner with a high caliber while maintaining discipline  
• Attract, acquire, and mentor top talent as the team strategically expands
• Ensure we build quickly to meet both short term goals and match expectations for long term durability and growth
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and senior leaders

What you offer:

• 3-7 years of experience in business development or related roles 
• Deep experience in FinTech industry and payment processing technologies
• Experience managing and building high performing teams (4+ years)
• Proven leader in operational excellence with a very high bar for success
• Well-versed in market research and building tech products
• Data-driven with experience building products with built in flexibility for growth
• Ability to serve as a visionary leader while simultaneously focusing on strategy and tactics
• Passionate about serving others through technology
• Highly flexible with a willingness to do whatever it takes to propel the company forward
• A strong bias towards action
