Responsibilities
- Assist Finnish-speaking clients with inquiries related to entertainment services, events, and bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various platforms including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve issues related to bookings and address any client concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions for quality assurance and follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery based on client feedback.
- Stay informed about ongoing events and trends in the entertainment industry to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment sector is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in entertainment and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software or booking systems is desirable.
