Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and platform navigation, resolving issues promptly.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to ensure knowledge of platform updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
