Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries regarding food delivery services and resolve any issues they may have.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a friendly demeanor.
