Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding smart home technology products via various communication channels.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer effective solutions to enhance user experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on the latest smart home products and technologies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your application.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
• Experience in customer service or technology-related fields is advantageous.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
