Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels.
• Answer inquiries related to health-and-wellness products with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document all customer interactions for consistent service quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your application.
• Strong interest in health-and-wellness and a desire to make a difference.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries with patience and understanding.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
