Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to banking services promptly and accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and a warm demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions efficiently for service enhancement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to stay current on banking products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Genuine interest in the banking industry and a desire to help customers.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to relocate or work in Athens, Greece.
