Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach during all customer interactions.
• Document all customer communications to help improve service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and targets.
• Participate in training initiatives to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong commitment to customer service and assisting customers effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
