Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking clients in the renewable energy sector.
• Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and solutions to enhance their experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service and resolve customer issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Strong commitment to customer service and sustainability.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
