• Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients in the healthcare sector.
• Effectively manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish is required; proficiency in English is necessary, and knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer management systems and basic administrative tasks.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment, with relocation assistance provided.
• EU residency or work permit is required for the position.
