Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Finnish clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding online payment solutions.
• Assist clients in evaluating and selecting the right payment processing options tailored to their business needs.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues faced by clients to enhance their payment experience.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and regulations in the payment industry to provide insightful advice.
• Partner with product and technical teams to continuously improve our offerings based on client feedback.
• Conduct training sessions or webinars for clients to familiarize them with our payment solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English is a must; additional language proficiency is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in customer service, consultancy, or related fields, preferably in the fintech or online payments sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing client issues with ease.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
• Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their goals in online payment processing.
• A solid understanding of online payment solutions and a keen interest in staying updated with industry developments.
