About the Role
Ledgy is transforming its existing customer motion to lay the foundation for significant growth in the next 12 months. We hit >50% growth last year, reached profitability, and are looking to push even higher! As Financial Reporting Services Specialist at Ledgy, your mission will be to ensure our customers successfully leverage Ledgy's financial reporting capabilities. You'll support our customers’ finance and accounting users, combining financial reporting knowledge with hands-on support and service delivery to help companies navigate complex compliance requirements across IFRS 2, FRS 102, and ASC 718.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with customers during critical moments—providing ongoing support after implementation through IPO preparation—while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to continuously improve our reporting solutions.
At Ledgy you will:
- Deliver expert guidance on financial reporting standards (IFRS 2, FRS 102, ASC 718) to customers
- Own ongoing customer support for financial reporting after implementation, helping customers generate accurate reports and navigate compliance requirements
- Be the voice of the customer for all things Financial Reporting, sharing customer feedback with the product team
- Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and templates that help customers achieve reporting compliance efficiently
- Support the Customer Success (CS) team in navigating complex financial reporting questions and customer engagements
- Build scalable processes and enablement materials that reduce manual support while improving customer outcomes
Months 1-2: Ramp up and begin to take ownership
- Become fluent in Ledgy's product, with deep focus on the Financial Reporting (FiRe) tool
- Shadow ongoing support interactions & CS calls to understand common pain points
- Complete a comprehensive onboarding program with dedicated mentorship from the Head of Customer Success and Financial Reporting Services Lead
- Learn to use the full suite of Ledgy’s CS tooling, including Vitally & Intercom
- Begin contributing to customer support queries under guidance from senior team members
- Take ownership of your customer calls
Months 3-6: Increase knowledge and ownership
- Independently own the post-implementation Financial Reporting support journey
- Contribute to documentation improvements and customer enablement resources
- Participate in product feedback sessions, sharing insights from customer interactions
Months 6-12: Expand your impact
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder reporting projects with minimal supervision
- Identify and document patterns in customer needs to inform product roadmap priorities
- Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and scalability of financial reporting services delivery
- Contribute to thought leadership content on financial reporting and equity management
Location
The role is based in London, but we will consider excellent remote candidates.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, or related advisory roles with exposure to share-based payment accounting
- Possess foundational knowledge of IFRS 2, FRS 102, or ASC 718 standards
- Can distill complex financial and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences
- Collaboration is in your DNA, you break down silos, and work collaboratively in a result-oriented way
- Are a fast learner who enjoys diving into complex financial and regulatory topics
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think systematically about customer needs
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high level of context switching
