We are looking for a Group IT Infrastructure Financial and Portfolio/Planning Analyst to join the Infrastructure Projects Management & Quality Assurance unit of a major banking client. The successful candidate will support portfolio planning, budget lifecycle management, and performance monitoring to align IT delivery with business goals. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the formulation, approval, execution, and reporting of the CAPEX budget.
  • Oversee annual preparation and financial monitoring of the sector’s CAPEX.
  • Collaborate with budget owners to ensure timely procurement ahead of project kick-off.
  • Optimize and size infrastructure needs (hardware, software, licenses).
  • Act as purchase maker in SAP Ariba Spend Management for RTB and project needs.
  • Monitor procurement process and track PRs end-to-end.
  • Liaise with IT teams (Business Partners, BAs, PMs, Asset Managers) for demand evaluation and planning.
  • Maintain the Projects Portfolio Roadmap in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Plan IT human resources and assess feasibility of urgent demands.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for Bank Management on portfolio status and KPIs.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA or MSc in Financials, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT or banking, ideally in financial/project/demand management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit.
