About the Role

We are seeking a business-savvy and people inspiring FP&A Senior Manager to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis department at a Group Level. Reporting directly to the CFO and with direct exposure to the BoD and all key business stakeholders, you will be the architect of our financial roadmap, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, enterprise performance management, decision making and strategic initiatives support across all global locations and Business Units (BUs). 

The ideal candidate is way more than a "numbers person"— you are a strategic partner who can navigate the complexities of a multi-location, fast growing and constantly changing organization, challenge the status quo, and provide the actionable insights necessary to scale and optimize our operations. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure financial discipline while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and data-driven agility.

What you will do

Strategic Planning & Financial Forecasting

  • Annual Budgeting & Long-range Planning: Lead the integrated global budgeting process, ensuring alignment between departmental goals and the company’s long-term strategic vision.
  • Rolling Forecast Management: Develop and maintain sophisticated rolling forecasts that allow the executive team to pivot quickly in response to market changes.
  • Scenario Modeling: Build complex financial models to evaluate "what-if" scenarios, including new market entries, product launches, and potential M&A activity.
  • Capital Allocation: Advise the CFO and BU Leaders on optimal capital deployment to maximize ROI and shareholder value.

Enterprise Performance Management

  • Unified Reporting Framework: Maintain, Optimize and further develop standardized EPM reporting across all BUs and geographic locations to ensure a "single source of truth" for performance insights.
  • KPI Development: Define, track and dynamically adapt critical “North Star” metrics and unit economics to measure BU and overall business performance.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive monthly reviews of actuals vs. budget, identifying root causes for deviations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Executive Dashboards: Design and maintain high-level EPM dashboards for the Board, Executive Leadership and Operational Leadership to provide real-time visibility into company health, working closely with the BI to ensure reporting is consistent, live and efficient.

FP&A Operational Excellence & Leadership

  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of FP&A professionals fostering an environment of respect, opportunities, excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a financial co-pilot to BU Leaders and Regional Directors, translating financial constraints into operational opportunities and proactively identifying growth or cost-efficiencies that impact the topline, the bottom line, the FCF efficiency.
  • Process Automation: Drive the implementation and optimization of FP&A/ EPM tools to improve planning and reporting cycles.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Finance, Sales, Operations, Strategy, Tech and HR to ensure financial plans are operationally feasible.
  • Policy Governance: Establish and enforce global planning and reporting processes, policies and controls to ensure data integrity, discipline and agility across all BUs.

What we are looking for

Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and related areas, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior FP&A leadership and team management role.
  • Proven track record in a high-growth, multi-location environment (experience in professional services or tech-enabled services is highly preferred).
  • Experience in leading digital transformation and automation projects within FP&A (e.g., EPM implementations).
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives and Board members.

Technical Skills & Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/ Economics and related. An MBA or professional certification is an asset.
  • Modeling Mastery: Expert-level financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with BI tools (e.g, Tableau, PowerBI) and enterprise-level financial planning software.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to synthesize complex data sets into simple, persuasive narratives.
  • Executive Presentation & Data Storytelling: Mastery in distilling complex financial datasets into high-impact visual narratives and slide decks (Google Slides/PowerPoint) that drive strategic alignment and facilitate "at-a-glance" decision-making for the Board and C-suite
