Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Budgeting & forecasting

Forecast revenue and expenses and analyze profit margins by project/prgrm/brand
Support group finance, country teams and PRM's during budgeting processes
Provide sensitivity reports (currency fluctuation / affordability etc.)
Provide ad hoc analysis for GEO Mgmt, local Mgmt, PRM's
Financial modelling of KPI, BS and CF.

Actual reporting

Ensure timely preparation of financial reporting.
Provide financial analysis (GM, KPI, analysis) by PGRM, country and GEO
Perform regular, detailed reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy/consistency of financial reporting
Advisory: Brief senior managers regularly on the company’s financial performance.
Advisory: Brief senior managers regularly on the company’s financial performance.
Provide input to improve (automate) reporting.

General finance activities

Support group finance and country teams during closing and auditing processes
Establish accounting policies and procedures in line with group policies
Support group finance in optimizing accounting and reporting structure
Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)
Stay informed on accounting developments and changes in regulations
Support local finance teams during absences.

Power BI experience is required for this position.
