O que você vai fazer?
•Preparar os pagamentos de acordo com as políticas internas de alçadas e contratos
•Analisar divergências de notas fiscais e doc financeiros nos sistemas Netsuíte e/ SAP e
legados
•Realizar baixas diárias de pagamentos de acordo com as saídas de caixa
•Conciliar todos os pagamentos no SAP / Netsuíte apontando e corrigindo divergências
•Conciliar contas transitórias de bancos nos sistemas legados e no SAP
•Garantir fechamento de contas a pagar, bancos, transitórias dentro do período contábil
•Elaborar e analisar relatórios e reports da área
•Garantir o cumprimento dos controles sox
