Financial Operations Analyst, ICHRA - temporary

We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.   We’re looking for a Temporary Financial Operations Analyst, ICHRA to join our Financial Operations team that provides financial support for the ICHRA product including invoicing employers and paying member’s monthly premiums. The ICHRA Financial Operations team is a key part of the ICHRA product and building out the ICHRA product as Gravie’s ICHRA employers grow. This is a temporary 3-month role with possibility for extension based on business needs.   You Will: • Process daily financial transactions in multiple financial systems. Track daily invoicing and payment processes. • Ensure that financial transactions are reconciled daily. Provide financial transactions to the accounting team for monthly close process. • Oversee the Monthly ER Fee invoicing and ACH pull process. • Manage Salesforce tasks related to financial operations. • Assist on financial operations projects and initiatives as it relates to the ICHRA product. • Play a key role in financial operations projects and initiatives that impact the ICHRA financial operations department. • Demonstrate commitment to core Gravie competencies: being authentic, curious, creative, and outcome oriented. You Bring: • 1-3 years of experience in financial operations or relevant work experience. • Bachelor's Degree. • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel. • Experience handling large, complex transactions. • Gravie is very fast paced. You thrive in a quick moving, fast paced environment. • Collaborate with multiple teams as we all work together for a common goal. Extra Credit: • Previous health insurance experience Pay is $24/hour.
