The Job in a Nutshell 💡 

We’re looking for a Financial Operations Lead to be responsible for our day-to-day settlement operations and overall engagement with our partner banks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of our fintech solution — Foodics Pay — by identifying and addressing any operational challenges that could impact merchant settlement experience. where you’ll handle daily reconciliation of inflows and outflows, manage chargebacks, resolve payout exceptions, and ensure timely delivery of merchant statements and transaction reports. As the main point of contact between our internal teams and banking partners, you’ll play a critical role in monitoring and improving merchant settlement performance, ensuring payouts are completed within agreed SLAs, and providing support to internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do ❓

• Ensure timely receipt of daily merchant statements and transaction reports from aggregator banks.
• Monitor the settlement cycle and verify successful daily payouts to merchants.
• Report any technical issues impacting merchant payouts to the technical team and promptly notify internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and follow up on unsettled transactions, submitting claims to aggregator banks as needed.
• Manage chargeback and claims requests in coordination with aggregator banks.
• Process merchant subscription and collection requests.
• Address and resolve daily payout exceptions.

What Are We Looking For ❓

• 4 years of experience in Payment Operations.
• Good knowledge of banking operations, specifically transaction/reconciliation life cycle Good knowledge of SAMA regulations offline/online fentech payment business.
• Good skills in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid time-management skills & should be focused on automation and workflow improvements.
• Good command of English and Arabic is a must.
• Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Important note: This role is not open to fresh graduates, its open for at least 4 years experience in banking payment domain.
