We are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee our finance department. This role involves strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. As a remote team member, you will lead financial operations while working closely with senior management to support business growth.
Develop and implement financial strategies to align with business goals.
Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Conduct financial analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments.
Collaborate with senior management on financial decision-making.
Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare financial reports for stakeholders and investors.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional accounting qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, or similar).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, and risk management.
Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
Leadership and team management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
