This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in an SME environment, where they can implement processes, establish controls, and shape a finance team. As a project-based business, no two days will be the same, and they need someone who can embed strong financial practices while supporting commercial growth.

The after-tax profits generated by UBT are reinvested into community initiatives, predominantly through schools (established to educate the children of Brethren families) and charities, such as the Rapid Relief Team (“RRT”) and the Red Cross.
