Tasks and responsibilities

1. Statutory finance tasks

• Booking of GL entries in Business Central ( ERP system)
• Navision key user
• Preparation of Local Statutory Annual Report
• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Group reporting
• Do quarterly intercompany reconciliations
• Understanding of differences between Local GAAP and IFRS

1. Support of company controller and primary contact for:

• Policies, internal controls
• Cost controlling and reporting
• Administrative questions
• Legal accounting questions
• Taxation- cooperates with external accounting company 

The ideal candidate:

Has finance / accounting degree

• Has 3-4 years of experience
• Has audit background (ideally at a big 4 company)
• English skills in writing and speaking
• Strong communication skill
• Have the ability to handle several tasks at the same time
• Willing to learn and develop
• Previous experience with Navision is an advantage

Conditions:

• Direct report to Financial Controller dotted line to Managing Director
• Offered monthly gross salary: RON 8000 – 9000 + 10% bonus based financial and individual targets

• Trial period: 3 months
• Notice period if the employee leaves us: 2 months
