Job Opportunity at 1Nebula:  

We are seeking a talented and dedicated qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team. The role is a hand-on operational role responsible for the company's financial accounting functions, including the preparation of financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with accounting/tax standards and regulations. You will be reporting to the Financial Manager.

What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities): 

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations. Ensure that high data integrity is maintained. 
• Prepare monthly management accounts. 
• Manage the company's financial systems, processes, and controls. 
• Create and maintain financial models to support decision making and long-term planning. 
• Provide financial analysis and insights to the Head of Finance. 
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts. 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (secretarial, tax & IFRS). 
• Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors.

• Qualified AGA (SA) 
• A minimum of 2 years accounting experience post articles
• Intermediate Excel skills. 
• Strong interest in systems & technology in the financial/audit field. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and technological skills. 
• Ability to work both independently and cross functionally. 
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and tooling.
