As the Financial Controller in Insider day in and day out you will;
Play key role in monthly closing and reporting process within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group.
Control all accounting transactions, and adjustments especially payroll records.
Keep records of the variances between reporting plan, forecast, and reporting/budget rules.
Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team, management, and other teams.
Participate actively in weekly and monthly upper management presentations.
Create and improve operating policies
Manage group tax and accounting team’s communications.
Improve control systems and create process-level controls to prevent errors in data collection and cost centers as well as calculation.
We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of solid professional experience in financial controlling, audit, and accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivation with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures -CPA is a plus.
Flexible approach, adaptable to change.
Compliance with strict deadlines and managing flexible working hours.
