· As key positions for fund security, responsible for local payment operations and bills management in various ways, such as bill transfer and cash. Ensure payment accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance
· Manage operation problems, report the found non-conformities and problems in time, and ensure the problem follow-up and closure.
· Proactively monitor payment processes, identifying non-standard activity and escalating to management
· Establish good relationship with banks and internal department to process payment better
Requirements
· Fluent communication skill, who is able to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment
· Accurate, pro-active, able to work independently and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Basic Word and Excel skills
