This role is about:

We are seeking a data-oriented, analytical professional to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate excels at transforming unstructured data into actionable insights to support business performance tracking and strategic decision-making at leadership level.

Location: Limassol. Cyprus 

Reporting to: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What you will do:

  • Regularly analyse transaction data (from various company’s systems) to identify trends, draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendations
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of performance analysis/ merchant profitability analysis
  • Prepare reports and variance analysis using excel, powerpoint and other advanced tools
  • Preparing and monitoring of business KPIs
  • Assist in the preparation of company and departmental budgets and monitoring actual vs budgeted performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration on projects
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Build and maintain financial models for business cases

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
  • Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, audit or related roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. 
  • Strong analytical skills for variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting with attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A proactive approach in problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Full ownership and accountability for deliverables 
  • Familiarity with BI tools (i.e. PowerBI) is a plus

Hiring Process:

  • First Interview: 30-minute introductory chat led by the Talent Acquisition Partner to get to know your background and experience.
  • Second Interview: A short take-home Excel assessment (around 30 minutes) designed to validate key skills, including the use of relevant formulas.
  • Third Interview: 1-hour deep dive with the Hiring Manager to explore your experience and skills in more detail.
  • Final Interview: 30-minute session with the Chief Financial Officer and Talent Acquisition Partner for final alignment.
