We are seeking a data-oriented, analytical professional to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate excels at transforming unstructured data into actionable insights to support business performance tracking and strategic decision-making at leadership level.

Location: Limassol. Cyprus

Reporting to: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What you will do:

Regularly analyse transaction data (from various company’s systems) to identify trends, draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendations
Assist in preparation and maintenance of performance analysis/ merchant profitability analysis
Prepare reports and variance analysis using excel, powerpoint and other advanced tools
Preparing and monitoring of business KPIs
Assist in the preparation of company and departmental budgets and monitoring actual vs budgeted performance
Cross-functional collaboration on projects
Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by finance and non-finance stakeholders
Build and maintain financial models for business cases

What we need:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, audit or related roles
Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
Strong analytical skills for variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting with attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
A proactive approach in problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Full ownership and accountability for deliverables
Familiarity with BI tools (i.e. PowerBI) is a plus
