The Financial Analyst will be a vital member of the Finance organization - assisting with the month-end close process, creating department-level variance to budget reporting, and performing ad hoc financial analysis that drives meaningful insights into both current performance and long-term drivers of financial upside.  The Analyst will work closely with the entire FP&A team and other departments. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Assisting with operating model updates and analysis.
  • Competitor and peer performance benchmarking. 
  • Equity and credit investor financial reporting. 
  • Departmental variance analysis.
  • Annual budget and rolling forecasting process.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data or Business preferred.
  • 1-2 years corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking or corporate finance.
  • Some experience with three-statement modeling and forecasting of long-term financial results strongly preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytic abilities, with a high attention to detail is required.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as with a team.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to multitask and consistently deliver for multiple different teams.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Basic SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with Adaptive, Anaplan, or related planning tools.
  • Knowledge of credit or loans.

Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000.  Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity.  In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below.
