Financial Analyst

In this role, you will be the crucial link between financial data and strategic decision-making. Moving beyond historical reporting, you will act as a forward-looking advisor to the business, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with overseas market to optimize our profitability and growth across the globe. What you'll do:

• Designing/improving recurring financial analytics/reports (including, but not limited to, monthly P&L, variance analysis, operational performance highlight): collecting and summarizing operational and financial data from internal systems or overseas teams; highlighting significant data, changes and findings
• Assist in process improvement and reporting standardization for overseas markets
• Assist in the preparation of business analytics and review to support recommendations/advice on financial and strategic business issues 
• Support the monthly financial reporting to senior management (e.g. operational performance; trend analysis; budget implementation)
• Support the quarterly budgeting process
• Support in payment review to ensure expenses are properly documented, relevant and budgeted
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis and additional related duties as assigned

What you'll need:

Minium 3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting field, experience in Audit firm is an advantage

A degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting & Finance (i.e ACCA, CPA)

Good communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills and with analytical mindset

Positive attitude and strong business acumen 

Sound understanding on logistics / O2O business models is an advantage

Knowledge of or practical experience in using AI or emerging tech is an advantage

Fluent in English and Cantonese

Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
