Financial Analyst I Teltonika IoT Group

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team working at our headquarters in Vilnius. You will play an important role in strengthening financial reporting, analysis, and control processes across the Group.

Teltonika’s headquarters coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand as well as representative offices worldwide.

In this role, you will:

• Support HQ Finance team with monthly financial reporting and consolidation processes
• Prepare and submit various weekly financial reports
• Perform periodic analysis of Group companies’ accounting records
• Participate in preparation and control of annual budgets, including forecasting and tracking actual results
• Analyze financial data and variances to provide actionable insights for business performance improvement
• Collaborate with business units to develop, optimize, automate, and digitize financial reporting and related processes
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of financial guidelines, procedures, and internal controls
• Provide financial insights and support to Group companies
• Participate in and support annual financial audits
• Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks

What we expect of you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in audit, accounting or finance (experience in Big4 would be considered an advantage)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls with the ability to drive improvements
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in financial and management reporting, including budgeting and control processes
• Results-oriented personality with strong motivation and can-do attitude
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian and excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 31 Eur/h (3,000 Eur – 4960Eur ) pre-tax, depending on your experience and qualifications.

*In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
