Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated finance professional to support the monthly book closure and financial reporting processes. This role focuses on execution, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monthly and quarterly book closure activities in line with reporting timelines.
Support preparation of financial statements under Ind AS; exposure to US GAAP is an added advantage.
Perform account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, and intercompany) and investigate variances.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and maintain proper supporting documentation.
Assist in implementing and following internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect required financial information.
Support audit requirements by preparing schedules and responding to information requests.
Contribute to process improvements and efficient execution of finance operations.

Qualifications & Skills

CA qualified.
Understanding of Ind AS; knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work within deadlines in a structured environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP and consolidation systems preferred.

Experience

1–3 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
