The Financial Analyst will play a key role within the FP&A team, supporting the organization with high‑quality reporting, financial analysis, and insights that drive decision‑making. This role will support revenue analytics, segment profitability, expense analysis, forecasting, annual planning, and executive‑level presentations. The analyst will collaborate across business units to provide clear, actionable financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, automate, and distribute recurring financial reports and dashboards.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support to various business units and functions, helping them understand performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and productivity metrics.
  • Investigate variances and develop insights that help leadership understand business drivers.
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting cycles, contributing to enhancements in planning models and reporting processes.
  • Help create clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership summarizing financial results and forward-looking projections.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analysis, business cases, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to solve business problems and support informed decision‑
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems (Oracle) software preferred.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial, business, or data analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.  Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
