As a Financial Analyst II, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, turning data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and providing critical guidance to support strategic decision-making. If you’re passionate about financial modeling, forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Support month-end close processes, updating financial models and consolidating actuals to provide actionable insights and variance analysis.

• Provide guidance on financial performance, operational processes, and strategic planning.

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly financial reports and dashboards to leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inputs for monthly and annual forecasts.

• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize financial processes, scorecards, and KPIs.

• Track results and provide insights to key decision-makers to drive continuous improvement.

• Deliver weekly and monthly financial insights to Operational and Finance leadership through analysis and critical thinking.

• Evaluate financial trends, develop forecasts, and support annual operating plans.

• Implement process improvements and efficiencies in the FP&A process.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling, and special projects as assigned.

• Build strong partnerships across the business to ensure alignment and clarity on key drivers of performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• Minimum of 2 years of finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.

• Proficiency with Excel (required); experience with other financial planning software is a plus.

• Experience in SaaS or technology-focused companies is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
